Artie Hemphill to release his breakthrough album, “Country Soul.”

New album slated for release on July 11th, 2014 at Boothe Brothers Theater.

Provo, UT, June 30, 2014– After years of honing his craft as an artist performing in front of millions, Artie Hemphill is releasing his debut solo album. “Country Soul,” is a prime showcase in contemporary country, which at the same time shamelessly exhibits the finest elements of classic country music. One test listener described the music as, “the direction country music needs to go.” The album will be released at as part of a concert, 8:00pm at the Boothe Brothers Theater in Spanish Fork, Utah.

“Country Soul,” features songs from several of Nashville's top songwriters, who have written for artists such as George Strait, Rascal Flatts, Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, and Thompson Square to name a few. It also features Artie's debut single, “Makin' Hay,” which has received an astounding average of 98% “Keep It” votes in several medium and large format terrestrial radio station audience polls.

Artie Hemphill is a contemporary country artist whom has been described as “...a country singer that still wears a real cowboy hat, and has the voice to back it up.” He's performed in front of millions, sharing the stage with such greats as Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Diamond Rio, Phil Vassar, Chris Cagle, Emerson Drive, John Michael Montgomery, Sawyer Brown, among several others. Artie Hemphill and his band were crowned winners of the 2011 Stadium of Fire Talent Competition by an audience of over 46,000 attendees, competing on the same stage against greats like Imagine Dragons, Lindsey Stirling, and The Voice's Amy Whitcomb and Ryan Innes.
